Voldemort and his "Death Eaters" openly wreaked havoc in all of the United Kingdom | England, both for magicians and Muggles. even the entire English sky for some time continues to be "cloudy" (according to muggles) which in fact is the impact of free distribution of dementors throughout the country. Cornelius Fudge was expelled from his position as Minister of Magic because of the 'cry' of the magic community who responded to Fudge's mistake that Voldemort could return to power as it is today. He was later replaced by Rufus Scrimgeour who was the former department head of the Auror. In this new regime, a new department structure was formed to meet the increased security of the magic community and Arthur Weasley got a promotion. This immediately improved the financial condition of the Weasleys.
Meanwhile at his home at Spinner's End, Severus Snape gets an unexpected visit from Draco Malfoy's mother, Narcissa and his brother, Bellatrix Lestrange. Narcissa forced Snape to do the Unbreakable Oath, so Snape would protect Draco and, if Draco's task failed, Snape had to complete the task given by the Dark Lord. The task given by the prince of darkness to Draco was as a means of revenge for the mistakes of his father, Lucius Malfoy. Lucius is known to be in charge of the Death Eaters whose job is to steal divination in the mystery department. The failure of the Death Eaters caused infinite anger from the prince of darkness. Harry tells his suspicion, that Draco Malfoy might be a Death Eater, to Dumbledore, who seems to have no worries, just like Ron and Hermione. Later, it was discovered that Dumbledore had told Snape to investigate.
Dumbledore began giving Harry private lessons. This lesson in the form of knowledge about Voldemort's past and given in the form of entering coffee memories of people who have been related to Voldemort's past, using magic tools such as basins, Pensieve. One of the memories which is coffee from Slughorn's memory has a missing part. Dumbledore assigned Harry to work on the memory from Slughorn.
